Hasty Process Service - Fast, Experienced, Inexpensive Private Process Servers in Mesa, Arizona (Maricopa County)

HASTY PROCESS SERVICE

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE EMPLOY ONLY THE FINEST, MOST EXPERIENCED
AND KNOWLEDGEABLE CERTIFIED PROCESS SERVERS IN ARIZONA.
OUR COMPETITION CANNOT EVEN BEGIN TO COMPARE!!!

Owned and operated by John Hastings, B.S. (having lived in Arizona for over 34 years now),
Registered Officer of the Maricopa County Superior Court, since 02/03/04.
After having served thousands of (all types of) legal documents for 3 of the largest process service firms in the state,
Mr. Hastings started his own firm because he saw major problems with the way others did (and still do) business.

PLEASE NOTE: We were recently awarded a "Favorite Place" Ranking by Google.com and we would like to thank our past and present clients for this distinction.

WE have received 5/5 stars on every review site that we are aware of and we have a clean Better Business Bureau record.
We have EMPLOYEES that we KNOW and TRUST.
Most of our competitors are either one-man shops
or they use independent contractors that they don't even know.

A few (of many) client testimonials:

"If you want it done right the first time, call Hasty Process Service," Robert P.
"John has definitely gone way above and beyond for me," Jay B.
"He served my papers in one day - for less than the other guys charged after they tried for one month and failed," Leslie M.

We utilize the latest in GPS tracking technology, updated regularly.
We utilize the best informational/locational databases for tracking available (also utilized by government agencies).
We specialize in emergency serves, accessing gated communities, dealing with difficult people
that attempt to "avoid," and being able to provide an affidavit on the spot all while being discreet.

Legal Process Service base prices start at $55* ($60 when gasoline is over $2.50/gallon)**.
*HOWEVER, we will generally beat our competitors prices.
For Superior Court cases, out-of-state (and any case other than small claims), an additional $10 is typically required.
$5 notary fee (if the affidavit in your case needs to be notarized [some served Orders of Protection and etc]).

Most process service companies will charge you far more than us yet provide far less than us.
Other companies may quote you a low-ball figure and then hold your Affidavit of Service hostage until you pay far more
than their original estimate. We try to give you the most accurate estimate up front.
