1. What type of case is it? (Divorce, small claims, paternity, custody, etc).

2. What court is it out of? (Superior Court in Mesa, a Justice Court, etc).

3. What city is the party being served in?

4. What cross-roads is the party being served at?

5. Do you know both their home and work addresses and hours?

6. Do you have a picture of the person or know their license plates?

7. What type of car do they drive?

8. Do they have any visible tatoos or piercings?

9. Is the person expecting to get served?

10 Is the person being served dangerous or have dogs?

11. How soon do you need your documents served? (Please note, most people say ASAP
which makes the starting price somewhat higher for a rush case).
